You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting

On Sunday-afternoon, February 7, 2010

From 2:00 till 5:00 P.M.

At theCarrollwood Recreation Center,

 3515 Mc Farland Road, Tampa

 

Annual General Meeting to begin 2:30 PM

 

Agenda:

  1. Opening by the President
  2. Treasurer’s report
  3. Secretary’s report
  4. Election of the board for 2010, conducted by Henk Alberts, chairman of the Nominating Committee.
    (Elected officers shall take office and assume their duties immediately)
  5. Opening by the (new) President;
    Installation of new board.
  6. Open discussion:
    Calendar of events for year 2010
  7. Closing of the meeting

We expect that this meeting will end before 03:30 PM with plenty of time left for discussion hot coffee, sodas and Nasi-schotel by the club at no charge.

 

If you want to contribute to our Nasi Goreng, please consider Sateh, Sajoer, Kroepoek or any other Indonesian dish.  Some snacks or pastries are also much appreciated.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CLUBHOUSE

Carrollwood Recreation Center, 3515 Mc Farlandroad

Coming from Tampa, going north on N. Dale Mabry Hwy, make right hand turn onto Hudson Lane. Make left hand turn onto Orange Grove Drive and continue for about ½ mile till it intersects with Mc Farlandroad. You have arrived at the Clubhouse. Look for the Dutch flag!
